Community Housing 

Uplift Behavioral Health LLC a  3.1 Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Service is a level of care in the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Criteria for substance use disorder treatment. It provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals in early recovery who need ongoing support but do not require intensive medical or clinical care.


Purpose:

To offer a stable, drug-free living environment that promotes long-term recovery.

To help individuals develop life skills, coping strategies, and relapse prevention techniques.

To provide peer support and accountability in a structured setting.


What We Provide:

24/7 Staff Support: Supervision and guidance, but not intensive medical care.

Peer Support & Community Living: Residents support each other in recovery.

Case Management & Life Skills Training: Assistance with employment, education, and daily responsibilities.

 

This level of care is ideal for individuals transitioning from more intensive treatment settings to independent living.
